We are thrilled to announce another great line up of trainers who are aiming to compete at our Freedom to Friendship Stallion Challenge.
This event has been expanded this year to include a mentor student category. Several of our stallion challenge trainers have taken on the challenge to not only tame a wild stallion or two, but to help develop the next generation of horse trainers and kaimanawa enthusiasts.
Working with their randomly assigned stallions, each trainer will aim to compete their horses in the challenge competition which will be held in October at Equifest. A teams event has been included this year which will see the trainers compete alongside their mentor students to score the highest points and take out the inaugural title.
With 16 trainers and 18 stallions this year there will be plenty of combinations to watch. Click on their pictures below to read through their stories.
